烤甜菜沙拉配豌豆苗和山羊奶酪🧀
ROASTED BEET SALAD WITH PEA SHOOTS & CHÈVRE
4 beets peeled and cut into sixths 红菜头去皮切角
15ml olive oil 橄榄油
1g thyme 百里香🌿
1g salt 盐
pepper 胡椒
100g lightly packed pea shoots or chopped endive/bibb lettuce 豌豆苗或莴苣生菜
1 tablespoon radish or arugula flowers optional 水萝卜片或芝麻菜花
CIDER VINAIGRETTE
5ml cider vinegar 苹果醋🍎
7ml olive oil 橄榄油
sugar 糖
salt 盐
thyme 百里香
chevre 山羊奶酪
Methods:
1️⃣ 将烤箱预热至204度🔥将甜菜与橄榄油、百里香、盐和胡椒轻轻搅拌,直至均匀裹上酱汁。将它们铺在铺有锡箔的烤盘上,放入烤箱烘烤 30-40 分钟,烤软,将所有成分搅拌均匀,混合物略微变稠,大约需要 5 分钟。
2️⃣将生甜菜、烤甜菜、豌豆苗、芝麻菜花和山羊奶酪轻轻搅拌均匀。淋上醋汁,即可食用🍴
