Garlic and Rosemary Hummus
香蒜迷迭香鹰嘴豆泥🌿
450g garbonzo beans, drained and rinsed 鹰嘴豆沥干洗净水份
7 cloves of garlic peeled 蒜碎去皮
200ml olive oil 橄榄油
55ml water 水💦
50ml lemon juice or teste柠檬汁或适量
15ml vinegar 葡萄酒醋
salt 盐
pepper 胡椒🧂
10g fresh rosemary 迷迭香
Methods:
1️⃣ 将所有原料放入搅拌机或食品加工机中搅拌至相对光滑。立即食用
