NPR’s latest article is full of inaccuracies.
Example:

They write a DOGE contract cancellation “purports to show $4.3M in savings” but “the linked contract is not terminated, is worth $150k, and almost all money spent.”

Reality: $4.3M in de-obligated funds is by definition taxpayer savings.

The contract was re-scoped to $150k.

NPR calling DOGE’s claims “overstated and full of errors” is careless at best, malicious at worst.
