Raisi stated that both nations agreed to expand their cooperation in order to increase bilateral trade to a level of 20 billion dollars. Raisi also responded to the previous remarks made by former US President Trump, stating that his words exposed his imperialistic nature. Furthermore, Raisi did not explicitly state that Venezuela and Iran are "solidarity partners" with "common enemies."
