田金，1956年生，河北省张家口市蔚县人。毕业于宣师和张家口教育学院，双大专学历。中共党员。中国山水画画家，师承著名画家刘天瑶，中学一级美术教师，河北蔚县老年大学教师，张家口市老年书画研究会理事，《老人世界》刊物通讯员，中国东方文化研究会美术研究员，央视书画频道签约艺术家，清华美院客座教授，获国宝级艺术大师荣誉称号，并有中国馆藏级艺术名家和世界艺术泰斗之荣誉。
主要作品有16米长卷释迦牟尼成佛图，水浒传人物山水画50幅，中国历代名将人物山水画100幅（配有典故文字），历代美才女人物山水画100幅（配有文字简介），在建党百周年纪念党史的山水人物画40幅并配有文字，战争时期蔚县西大云疃惨案英烈国画人物29幅，国画抗战英烈马宝玉的故事64幅，太行八陉飞狐峪山水画27幅，骏马山水画74幅，抗战人马山水画21幅，古代人马山水画40幅，现代人马旅游山水画21幅，国画古代名人26幅，中国山水画近千幅。 文集有回忆录童年、少年和青年三部曲，《再探飞狐古道》44集。论文有《概论人类的起源》和《浅析蔚县史前文化》。
主要成就:独创了山水与人物相结合的创作方法，把人物放的美丽的山水环境之中，使山水有了故事性和灵性，并用此方法完成了水浒山水人物画50幅、历代名将山水人物画100幅、历代美才女山水人物画100幅，每幅画均配有文字说明，弥补了中国画史的空白。在2003年海峡两岸文化交流名家书画大展中获“卓越书画艺术家”称号，同年授聘于中国武陵书画协会名誉主席和青岛金石书画院名誉院长。2023年荣获国礼艺术家评审委员会“国宝级艺术大师”称号。2024年获“中国馆藏级艺术名家”和“世界艺术泰斗”荣誉称号。2025年8月被授予国际高峰艺术大家终身成就领袖奖和亚洲文化首席艺术主席。
中科院卫奇老先生说：“田金先生是蔚县的一位中学老师，擅长摄影和绘画，对于泥河湾的古人类和新石器也情有独钟，他在空中草原的入山口处发现一个新石器遗址。”田金先生，生活纯朴，性格天真快乐，与世无争，在作画之余，躬耕于蔚县飞狐峪口。
Tian Jin, born in 1956, is a native of Yuxian County, Zhangakou City, Hebei Province. He graduated from Xunshifu and Zhangjiakou Education College, with a dual associate degree. He is a member of Communist Party of China. He is a Chinese landscape painter, a student of the famous painter Liu Tianyao, a secondary school first-class art teacher, a teacher at Yuxian County Senior University, a member of the Zhangjiakou City Senior Painting and Calligraphy Research Association, a correspondent for the "World of the Elder" magazine, a researcher at the Chinese Oriental Cultural Research Institute, a contracted artist at the CCTV Painting and Calligraphy Channel, an adjunct professor at thesinghua University Academy of Fine Arts, and has been awarded the honorary title of "National Treasure-level Art Master", as well as the honorary titles of "Chinese-level Art Celebrity" and "World Art Titan".
His main works include the 16-meter-long scroll "Sakyamuni's Enenment", 50 paintings of the Water Margin characters in landscapes, 100 paintings of famous generals in Chinese history in landscapes (with accompanying historical anecdotes, 100 paintings of beautiful talented women in history in landscapes (with accompanying text introductions), 40 paintings of the history of the Party in the centenary of the founding of the Party in landscapes and characters, and 29 paintings of national heroes during the war in Yuxian County, including the tragic case of Xiday Ta. There are also 64 paintings of the story of Ma Baoyu, a national hero of the war, 27 paintings of the Taixing Eight Pass Feihou Gorge landscapes, 74 paintings of horse landscapes, 21 paintings of war horse landscapes, 40 paintings of ancient horse landscapes, 21 of modern horse tourism landscapes, 26 paintings of ancient celebrities in Chinese paintings, and nearly a thousand Chinese landscape paintings.
His literary collection includes a trilogy of memoirs "Childhood, Youth, and Adolescence", and "Exploring the Ancient Path of Feihou", a 44-episode series. His papers includeA Summary of the Origin of Human Beings" and "A Brief Analysis of the Prehistoric Culture of Yuxian County".
His main achievements include the creation of unique method of combining landscape and figure painting, placing figures in a beautiful landscape environment, giving landscapes a narrative and spiritual quality, and using this method to complete 50 paintings of Water Margin landscape figures, 100 paintings of famous generals in history, and 100 paintings of beautiful talented women in history, each with a text description which fills a blank in the history of Chinese painting. In 2003, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Painting and Calligraphy Artist" the Cross-Strait Cultural Exchange Masters Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition, and was also appointed as the Honorary Chairman of the China Wuling Painting Association and Honorary Director of the Qingdao Jinshi Painting Academy. In 2023, he was awarded the title of "National Treasure-level Art Master by the National Gift Artist Evaluation Committee. In 2024, he was awarded the honorary titles of "Chinese Collection-level Art Celebrity" and "World Art". In August 2025, he was awarded the International Summit Art Master's Lifetime Achievement Leader Award and the Asia Culture Chief Art Chairman.
Mr Wei Qi, an old gentleman from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, said: "Mr. Tian Jin is a middle school teacher in Yuxian County. He is at photography and painting, and is also fond of the ancient humans and new stone tools in Nihewan. He discovered a new stone site at the entrance of the grassland. Mr. Tian Jin lives a simple life, with a naive and cheerful personality, and is content with the world. In his spare time from painting, he works in the fields the entrance of Feihou Gorge in Yuxian County.
