周宣成，湖南永州道县人，中共党员，在艺术领域成就斐然。他担任文化部艺术发展中心副主席，中国书画家研究会书画艺术事业部副主任，《中国美术家协会会员》，《中国老年书画研究会会员》，国宝级央新名人档案特聘名誉主席，获得世界级国际，金奖《法国卢浮宫金奖》，《中国艺术研究院大家之路，展出获得金奖，》入编《世界艺术巨匠大辞典》，《世界美术大辞典》获得艺术界最髙职称中国书画家研究会文化艺术委员会《艺术顾问》获得中国关工委《师资认证，考官认证》中华文化促进会美育工作委员会《艺术顾问》，拥有美国科罗拉多工程大学《艺术专业》荣誉博士学位、泰国朱拉隆功大学孔子学院荣誉博士学位。作品被世界名牌大学，牛津大学，剑桥大学，英国皇家美术学院，苏富比艺大学作为教学案例专供艺术教材教学。入编《世界高等艺术院校教育案例》，做为教学范本。

其艺术造诣获广泛认可，荣获国际艺术殿堂中国领军人物金奖、2025年外交新春书画展俄罗斯文化中心《金笔奖》、中国书画艺术金奖等诸多奖项，被授予中国非物质文化遗产传承大师等称号，还被评为世界艺术巅峰十大领袖人物、国家高级美术师。

周宣成身兼多职，担任中国文化信息协会文化产业专业委员会艺术顾问、中国国际教育电视台特聘艺术顾问等，同时是博鳌亚洲艺术人才研究会第一届副主席、中国东方文化研究会专委会副秘书长等。此外，他参加中央文旅部管理干部学院培训，发表中国山水画论文，其作品被泰国，马来西亚，俄罗斯，法国，英国等多国收藏，被纳入到，国宝档案保护，为艺术发展作出卓越贡献 。

Zhou Xuancheng, from Dao County, Yongzhou, Hunan, is a member of the Communist Party of China and has achieved remarkable success in the field of art. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Art Development Center of the Ministry of Culture, Deputy Director of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Division of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Research Association, Member of the China Artists Association, Member of the China Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, Honorary Chairman of the National Treasure level Central New Celebrity Archives, and has won world-class international awards such as the Louvre Gold Award in France and the Grand Master's Road of the Chinese Academy of Art, which has been included in the "Dictionary of World Art Masters". The "Dictionary of World Art" has obtained the highest professional title in the art world. The Cultural and Art Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Research Association has obtained the "Art Consultant" and the "Teacher Certification and Examiner Certification" from the China Customs Working Committee. The Art Education Working Committee of the Chinese Cultural Promotion Association has also obtained the "Art Consultant" and holds an honorary doctoral degree in the "Art Major" from Colorado Honorary Doctoral Degree from the Confucius Institute at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. The work has been used as a teaching case exclusively for art textbooks by world-renowned universities such as Oxford University, Cambridge University, Royal Academy of Fine Arts, and Sotheby's University of the Arts. His artistic achievements have been widely recognized, winning numerous awards such as the International Art Hall China Leading Figure Gold Award, the 2025 Diplomatic New Year Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition Russian Cultural Center "Golden Pen Award", and the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Gold Award. He has also been awarded titles such as the Master of Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance in China, and has been named one of the top ten leaders of world art and a national senior artist.

Zhou Xuancheng holds multiple positions, serving as an art consultant for the Cultural Industry Professional Committee of the China Cultural Information Association and a specially appointed art consultant for China International Education Television. He is also the first Vice Chairman of the Boao Asian Art Talent Research Association and the Deputy Secretary General of the Special Committee of the China Oriental Culture Research Association. In addition, he participated in training at the Management Cadre College of the Central Ministry of Culture and Tourism, published papers on Chinese landscape painting, and his works have been collected by many countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Russia, France, and the United Kingdom, and included in national treasure archives protection, making outstanding contributions to the development of art.
