☕️Kube %Arabica Coffee Victoria Dockside 📍尖沙咀梳士巴利道18号Victoria Dockside K11Musea 🚇尖沙咀站J出口 ☕️🌊1⃣️关于百分百%Arabica的咖啡，自是不用多说，香港是它的发源地，第一家Discovery bay的店很多年前也曾光临，之后才有了人人都知道的京都店，之后又重回香港🇭🇰如今，这是在香港的第六家店。 ☕️🌊2⃣️这家【Kube】于11🈷️6日开业。它的设计、配色真的非常摩登时髦，是和荷兰🇳🇱著名建筑公司OMA合作的。这个金色立方的咖啡亭，如它的名字“Kube”，四四方方，非常可爱。据说灵感来自香港本土街边大排档。的确中环铁皮屋的大排档即是如此。Kube边上是一排排的大理石座椅，欣赏180度维港景，十分惬意。我来到Kube大约黄昏，看夕阳西下，维港华灯初上，Aqua的红色张保仔船还在维港穿梭，很chill ☕️🌊3⃣️最后，送给大家%Arabica创始人在游历了很多国家，看了贫穷和富有，幸福和悲惨后，自问他想要什么样的生活，他的问答是：First, I want to live a simple and down-to-earth life. Second, I only need the basics to be satisfied: food, clothing and a house. Third, as my parents did for me, I also want to travel with my children and provide a higher standard of life for them. And my last answer was coffee. I truly need an amazing cup of coffee every day. This is why I founded % Arabica.
