杨达，陕西凤翔人，曾为陕西省和宝鸡市七、八、九、十、十二届政协委员，现任香港书法家协会副主席、中央艺术名家书画院副院长、客座教授、全国书画艺术委员会常务理事。中国民主建国会会员，中央电视台 CCTV《中国艺术名家》栏目特聘艺术顾问。授予中央电视台中国当代艺术名家书画工作室，中国美术家协会陕西分会会员，国家文化部翰墨艺术研究会研究员、国家文化高级书法师、中国东方文化研究会书法研究员、香港美术家协会副主席，国礼艺术家特邀顾问、获国宝级艺术大师殊荣。
2022年 5 月荣获中华百年英才殊荣，5 副作品入选中国高等院校美术课范本，入选当代艺术名家档案，作品入选中国美术百科。
现为当代中国铜雕艺术非遗传承人。2023 年荣获中国新时代非遗文化传播大师称号，并特聘为世界非物质文化研究院院士、常委副院长等职。2024 年获中国教育电视台春晚《龙腾盛世 艺术人生》最佳创作奖。为陕西省国学研究会凤翔专业委员会委员，宝鸡市书画家协会特邀顾问，凤翔诗联书画家协会特邀顾问。先后在人民日报，民生周刊《新中国书画发展史》《大家风范》《中国美术史》《中国美术精品集》《世界级艺术名家教材档案》《印象中国》《国家收藏﹣ 当代书画名家录》《中国近现代美术通史》《中国美术史》《盛世华章﹣ 当代艺术名家档案》《百年翰墨不负丹青》《人民艺术家》《中国书画名家作品集》《艺术年鉴》《中国书画报》《典籍里的中国》等 80 多个国家级专著刊物上发表作品百余件，2025 年6 月出版《杨达书集》并在全国发行。
